  Awesome staff and service. Whenever our animals are unwell they are informative, compassionate and don't pressure you into surgery or other procedures as the first response to issues. They were very caring when we recently put down our 16 year old much loved cattle dog. Best practice we have found in Rockhampton.

  I recently had my beloved dog put down at this vet clinic and surprisingly was very disappointed in the lack of sympathy shown towards me at my time of grief and the lack of explaining things to me, as soon as I put my boy on the table he put the needle in and told me to say goodbye and left the room and never came back! I’ve always gone to this vet clinic but this experience changed my mind a little
